Here I like to showcase a unique creator that has inspired me to push my boundaries and learn more about the world around us. Take a look and let them inspire you too!
Gearheads unite! This week I want to highlight a pun-loving car enthusiast that has built her following with a combination of good ol’ mechanic skills and relating to that goofball 12-year-old in all of us.
I first found Sarah’s channel, Sarah -n- Tuned, as I was scouring the internet looking for a tutorial to help replace the muffler on my 2018 Crosstrek and instantly dug her enthusiasm. In the vast sea of YouTube tutorials, the few channels where you really see the host’s energy and love for their projects shine like a beacon.
The proud owner of a 2015 Subaru Forester XT (named Forester Gump), with an array of modifications too long to list (watch her overview of them here), Sarah also has a couple ongoing project cars: a 2001 Audi TT Quattro (named TeeterTot) and a Zenki SW20 MR2 (named Mister Dos – seeing the theme yet?). On occasion Sarah reviews different cars, usually modified, and uses her signature scoring method to rate each one.
If you are the kind of person that digs modifying and upgrading your own cars or just a gearhead that wants to see some unique projects fueled by a genuine love for all things automotive, check out Sarah -n- Tuned!
